（*）擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有市政公用工程專業(yè)二級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；
（*）業(yè)績(jī)要求：無(wú)；
（*）其他要求：無(wú)。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:  (*) Must have the qualification of Grade III and above for general contracting of municipal public works; (*) Having a safety production license (within the validity period); (*) The person in charge of the proposed project has the qualification of a registered construction engineer with a major in municipal public works of Grade II or above, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person in charge of other construction projects under construction; (*) Performance requirements: None; (*) Other requirements: None.
